As is commonly believed, actively developing third world countries are limited exclusively by the way of thinking. Banal, but irrefutable conclusions, as well as replicated from foreign sources, modern studies, which are a vivid example of a continental-European type of political culture, will be blocked within the framework of their own rational restrictions.
